Gonía – angle in Greek – was designed as a temporary pavilion structure for an imaginary architecture biennale. The concept and form were both derived from the angles of a study drawing based on the Möbius House (UN Studio). The slopes and ceiling heights transport the visitors throughout and across the spaces, while sunlight creates an interesting an all-day evolving visual experience. As one enters, there is the possibility to walk in three different directions and three different levels. Either of them gives a different experience because of all the angles, curves and slopes and also the shadows casted on the floors from in between the ribs.
