M.ARCH . DESIGN STUDIO 1 . FALL 2018 . INSTRUCTOR: ERIC HAAS . LOS ANGELES, USA

This architectural study was conducted with the aim of deriving each model from the previous one. Starting with simple lines, the connection between them created a three-dimensional and light object. By solidifying and carving this first shape, it was possible to extract a variety of different volumes for the second iteration. Two different types of connections (aggregating and nesting) were the ways of increasing the scale of the structure and creating paths and interesting moments.

Finally, opening some faces, unifying and orienting gave the chance to turn the object into an inhabitable space.
